No more light

Daylight savings time has ended and it gets dark so early! I don't like this time of year. I hate when it's dark before Randy comes home from work. I remember when I was still teaching I was ready to leave school earlier during the winter months because I hated going home in the dark!

We have our annual church fall festival Tuesday. I'm pretty much in charge, with the help of many others, but tomorrow is the big shopping day to get food and whatever else we still need! I also have to make cakes tomorrow in my spare time - what's that? We do have lots of help and that's always good. We got a great big slide donated, so that should be a lot of fun. Hopefully HEB will donate some $ so we can get a lot of our groceries there. Kroger wasn't willing to give us anything. WalMart is supposed to give us $25! I will take my business to places other than Kroger!

Randy's pretty stressed out. School is just really keeping him busy. He's doing ok, but it's just crazy that he has to go to the school each weekend because he just can't seem to get ahead. He's not feeling very well either. His sinuses are really bad, even taking his Reliv. I can't imagine how bad he'd been if he wasn't taking Reliv!

Kristin is having a Rodeo tomorrow at school. I'll try to get some pictures and maybe post one! We borrowed a cowgirl outfit and then I bought her some boots tonight! She looks adorable. I'm sure it will be a lot of fun.
