Not a good day

I woke up this morning about 3am feeling really bad! Both of the girls were in bed with us by then, that in it self makes it super hard to sleep, even with a King Size bed. Not feeling well made it even worse. My stomach was in a lot of pain, I put the pain right up there with child labor. I didn't know what was going on. So this morning I slept in and didn't work out - I needed to run 3 miles. Oh well! Randy brought me some gatorade during his conference period this morning and finally I feel good enough to get out of bed. These are the days I'm really glad my kids like to watch cartoons! I hate using the TV for this purpose, but it was necessary this morning.
Randy also found out he's going to have a messed up class schedule for the next four weeks. He's not exactly sure what's going to happen, but it's all because of the state TAKS test. He teachs pre-AP geometry and all of his kids are going to pass the test. The administration is going to pull Randy out of his classes and make him teach kids who are more at risk, even though these kids are already in another math class. They are doing to make these kids miss an elective to go to another math class. I'm sure that's exactly what the kids want to do - yeah right! He's going to end up teaching a bunch of low level kids what don't care and he's still responsible for having plans for his other classes that a sub will teach for the next 4 weeks! Please pray for him. He was really mad and getting stressed out when I saw him earlier! I've just been praying that it's not as bad as he thinks it's going to be.
So...that's how we are today. How are you?
