The world of extra curricular activities

We have entered a whole new world of extra curricular activites, today we signed Kristin up for soccer! She won't start until the fall, but it's still a big move for our family. We've been involved with things at church since before we had kids, but we are going into a different world. I'm really exicted to get to know new people and see my child interact with new kids. It's a good possibility she'll be on one of her best friend's team, so that will make it even better for her. She's a bit hesitant about playing, but I think once she goes to a practice, gets a uniform, new soccer shoes and shin guards she'll think it's great. I told her that if she doesn't like it in the fall she won't have to play again. I hope she loves it!
