Wide Awake

It's 4 am and I'm wide awake! This is not a good thing because today is a FULL day for me. Our church is hosting an Awana training event, which basically means I'll be at church from 7 am until after 3. If it were a day that I could sleep in and then take a nap too I would be worried, but it's not! Randy was at a lock-in and I thought he would be home around 1, but at 3 when I woke up and he still wasn't home I guess I started to get worried. He did come home about 3:45, but now I'm wide awake! I'd turn my tv, but I think that would wake up my girls - that would be horrible! I'd read, but then I'd fall asleep with my light on and I hate that. I'd toss and turn in bed, oh wait, I already did that for an hour. So my last resort was to check email, look at facebook, and update the blog. Now that I've done all that I guess it's back to tossing and turning. Anyone have a good way of going back to sleep? Please fill me in.
