Training update

I've completed 7 weeks of training for the half marathon! I actually have not even started my "official" training, but I've been working up to that for 7 weeks. I've lost a few pounds and a couple inches, but most of all I've done it! It's such a mental game with me, but so far I have accomplished my goals! I get up at 5 am four mornings a week and then on the weekends I get up early, but not that early. I run 4 days a week and walk the other 2. I take Friday's off - I'm really looking forward to that tomorrow.
Most of all, I'm just greatful for the ability to run and exercise! I don't want to get up most mornings, but I do it and then when I'm done I feel great!
So for those of you who keep telling yourself you're going to exercise, but always find a reason not to, JUST DO IT! (not to quote Nike or anything!)
