9 1/2

I ran 9.5 miles this morning! I was pretty sick when I finished - dehydrated! I got over that and now I feel great. I talked to my running partner, long distance partner, today and she had to run in the snow! You go Holly. I was complaining that it was hot and humid here today, but I think that's probably better than the snow. I think when Holly comes in January it will probably feel like a heat wave here, even if it's only in the 40's! By the way if you haven't read my past posts about running, Holly is from Texas, but now lives in Wisconsin. She'll do most of her training on a treadmill, but since it quit working today she headed outside - wow, now that's dedication.
8 more weeks until the half marathon!
