Thanksgiving

Monday and Tuesday of this week we had Thanksgiving Feasts at school. Today I only had 2 out of 5 students. We combined with Olivia's class for our feast. It's pretty funny to have a feast with 2 and 3 year olds. The menu was ham cubes, cheese cubes, chips, fruit, and brownies! You can tell we live in Texas with the tank tops and short sleeves. Maybe by Thanksgiving it might feel like fall around here!
Here are a few pictures:

We will be home for Thanksgiving this year. Sarah and Jack (Randy's sister and brother in law) will come spend the night with us a couple times over the week, but they will have Thanksgiving dinner in Houston with Jack's kids. We are really excited to just be staying home this year. I'm hoping to have all the Christmas decorating done before I head back to work on Monday.

There are so many things to be thankful for this year that I won't even explain them, I'll just make a list: Healthy kids, loving husband that works super hard, a great job that I love, a home, cars that run, healthy nieces and nephews, God's never ending grace, my salvation, a church on the mend, friends near and far, in-laws that I can't wait to see, enough money to pay bills and still have a little extra, so much "stuff" I don't know what to do with it all, hand-me-down clothes, and SO much more! I could go on and on. As Christians we need to be Thankful everyday, not just on Thanksgiving, but it's a great reminder each year of all the things we are thankful for!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
