Unofficially official

Word is out at our church, so I guess I should post it here too....I'm going to be the children's director at my church again! In December of 2006 I resigned from the position with the intention of staying home. Well, that didn't last at all because right away I started working at the preschool where I am still. A few months ago our children's director resigned with her husband our youth pastor. When that happened God started working on my heart telling me it was time to go back, but in my head I just kept saying no way! Then the church hired another lady, but that lady resigned within a month. That was when God just wouldn't let up. I mean honestly I still thought in my head it wasn't for me, but I finally yielded to the Lord's calling and told our personel committee that I wanted to reapply. It was totaly confirmed when the committee agreed completely, my husband was totally on board and the preschool director agreed to let me work less there, so I could work at the church too. (She also goes there and is one of my best friends)
I can honestly say this is one of those times that God just kept working on me and it's SO great to feel the calling and to follow God's will. It's not official until the business meeting in a couple of weeks, but I'm already starting because summer is quickly approaching and things just have to get done! Please pray for me on this endever because I know that when I'm right where God wants me it's right where Satan doesn't, so I know that things will happen that will get me down, but I also know that when you are doing God's will things will always pick back up!
