meet the teacher again

Tonight was meet the teacher at my preschool. Kristin had soccer and Randy had to take Olivia with him, so she didn't get to come, but she already knows her teachers. I had some of the cutiest kids this year. A few were in my class last year, but will come on different days of the week this year and I won't be there teacher. There is one little boy that will be 2 in January and he's going to be a hand full - let's just say he's ALL BOY! His mom even told us that maybe we can calm him down. I also have a little girl who's WAY behind. She'll be 2 next month and doesn't walk. We are really going to be working with her though. I'm sure next week we'll have plenty of kids crying, but that's part of the job. I did get a $1/hr raise this year, so that makes it much better, plus I'm only paying tuition for one kid and it's actually 50% off. I'm looking forward to getting back in the classroom next week, BUT until then I'm going to enjoy the 3 day weekend for sure!
