Help and Hoopla

HELP
I can't stand potty training! Olivia is actually doing pretty well. She goes on the potty all day long until she has to poop! She went at least 3 times today at school on the potty. Today was the first day I put her in a pull up at school. She did great, I was so proud and then.... I'm taking out the trash - that was my cleaning responsibility today and I come back in to put the new trash bag back in and Olivia comes to me and says, "Chang me." I couldn't believe it, of course she pooped in her pull up! I made her sit in it on the way home and then changed her. It didn't bother her at all! What am I going to do!? She's only pooped on the potty once and I bought her a Dora Video! I said I'd buy her a new movie everytime she went on the potty (at least for awhile), but that doesn't seem to make any difference at all! I hate this stage! Kristin was SO easy, but I think I have my hands full with Olivia! Please pray for me and I'd love to hear any suggestions. (I tried the candy reward thing - didn't work!)

On a brighter note! I'm going to brag on my Kristin!! Today her teacher asked me to come see how well she followed directions. They were to draw a picture like the one the teacher had drawn on a piece of paper. Well let's just say Kristin's was perfect! Both of her teachers were amazed! I'm so proud of my little artist. She's doing great at school and really having a good time. This afternoon she was working on her site words again and getting better and better! Everyday she askes me if she's going to learn to read today at school. She already knows how to read 3 letter words, I think she wants to read more. I'm just so proud of her!
